Positional Roulette is a novel method of choosing to bet on the Roulette table. This method was developed by Jack Kennedy, an experienced player. Kennedy described this method in his book called “Square Role-let”, published in 1998.

For your first bet at the table, this is all you need to do. After the first spin, you will start over with the next winning number, taking the following into account:

• If you won any of your bets, keep your bet on that number and choose the next 3 or 7 numbers (either way).
• If you did not win, do not choose the number that won in the previous round within your group of 4 or 8 numbers.
• If you stay at the table for a long time, keep an eye on the numbers and don’t bet on those that haven’t come out in the last 37 or 38 spins of the wheel. Just avoid those numbers.
• If you want, you can bet on the zero, but only if it is the first or the last of the set. If it is not the case, avoid it.

As we mentioned earlier, it is possible to use the Oscar’s Grind by betting on the dozens. In a scenario like this, we have the option of betting on one or two dozen.

Typically, it’s best to play two dozen to increase your chances of winning, but you also lose more in a losing streak. For this example, for clarity, we’ll bet on a single dozen:

With this positive scenario, we played 23 times and won only 5 times. We lost more times than we won, but still had a 2 unit win. We never had to bet more than 4 units to win.

Fifth and sixth round

In this example, we imagine that you lose again in the fifth round. This means that you would add the number of tiles to the end of the sequence in the same way as you did above, so your numbers would look like this:

Your bet would be 1 + 3, or 4 chips.

You lose again and build the new sequence

Seventh lap

This time, you are lucky and win. You have now gained 5 tokens, which was your original goal. You have successfully used the Labouchere Roulette method. You have won and left the table victorious.

If you wish to continue playing, simply start from the beginning with a new sequence of numbers and continue with the same progression. Just because we only used the number 1 in this example doesn’t mean you should be limited to just one tile.

You can build the sequence with any number you want. Just remember that each number will correspond to a fixed amount of chips and that you should always add the first and last numbers to know how much to bet.

While it is true that the fundamentals behind the creation of the method have been disproven, it is more than possible to win money at Roulette with the d’Alembert method.

Using the d’Alembert System in Roulette

Before you start using the d’Alembert System in Roulette, you must decide how much you want to bet. You can define your minimum bet based on the casino requirements and set a maximum bet that you are comfortable with.

It is important that you make sure that your bet is small compared to the maximum bets allowed by the establishment.

This is how betting would work in this game:

• You bet $3 and lose. You write a 3 on a piece of paper.
• Your next bet will be 3 + 0, that is, $3. You lose again and write another 3 on your paper. Now it says 3 3.
• Your next bet will be 3 + 3, that is, $6. You lose and write a 6 on your paper, which now reads 3 3 6.
• Your bet will now be 3 + 6, that is, $9. You lose and write a 9. Now you have 3 3 6 9.
• Your next bet will be 6 + 9 or $15. You lose and write a 15. Your paper now says 3 3 6 9 15.
• Your next bet will be 9 + 15, that is, $24. You lose once more and score 24. You now have 3 3 6 9 15 24.
• Your new bet is 15 + 24, that is, $39. You win and cross off the last two numbers, so your paper now reads 3 3 6 9 15.
• Bets $15. You win and cross out the last two numbers. The paper now says 3 3 6.
• Now you bet 6. You win again and cross out the last two numbers of the series. Now you only have 3.
• You bet $3 and you win.

At the end of this example, you have won $3, moving back two positions in the sequence with each hit and moving forward one with each miss. Even though you lost many more times than you won, you still managed to win.

About the Inverted Fibonacci Roulette Method

The Reverse Fibonacci Roulette Method uses the same number sequence, with the difference that you advance one number every time you win and go back two every time you lose. The reason for doing this is to maximize profits on hot streaks. Let’s look at the following example:

• You bet 1 unit and win. You write a 1 on a piece of paper.
• Bets 1 + 0, that is, 1 and you win. Now the paper says 1 1.
• Bets 1 + 1, that is, 2 and you win. Now the paper says 1 1 2.
• You bet 1 + 2, that is, 3 and you lose. You cross out the 1 and the 2, so your paper now says only 1.
• Bets 1 + 0, that is, 1 and you win. Now the paper says 1 1.
• Bets 1 + 1, that is, 2 and you win. Now the paper says 1 1 2.
• Bets 1 + 2, that is, 3 and you win. Now the paper says 1 1 2 3.
• You bet 2 + 3, that is, 5 and you lose. You cross out the 2 and 3 and now the paper says 1 1.
• You bet 1 + 1, that is, 2 and you lose. Cross out the remaining numbers and start over.
• You bet 1 unit and win. You write 1 on your piece of paper.

In this example, you have won 7 times and lost 3 times, but in reality you only won once. This example clearly illustrates the problems of this system. If you don’t have a very hot streak, the Reversed Fibonacci Roulette Method will not make you much money, unless you are willing to spend many hours at the table.

Also, what is lost in a very bad streak can be almost impossible to recover. To make matters worse, due to the complexity of the system, it is sometimes difficult to control exactly how much you are losing.
